Billy’s service to The Poultry Federation was marked by his unwavering commitment to the poultry industry, thoughtful leadership, and genuine care for the people he served alongside. While his professional contributions were significant, it was his character, integrity, and friendship that left a lasting impact on the organization and those who knew him.

His influence extended well beyond board service, earning him recognition as The Poultry Federation’s 2022 Industry Leader of the Year—an honor that reflected both his professional excellence and the high regard in which he was held by peers across the industry.
