The Poultry Federation 14th Annual Food Safety Conference is scheduled to take place on March 31-April 2 at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR.
Food safety professionals, industry representatives and members of the academic community from across the country are encouraged to attend the growing conference. Participants will receive critical information on the topic of food safety, quality and compliance challenges from some of the best and most knowledgeable speakers in the business.
