The Poultry Federation represents the poultry and egg industries in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Our headquarters is located at 321 South Victory Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. We are less than a block away from the State Capitol's front steps and minutes away from downtown Little Rock. We love visitors, so come visit us any time.

Marvin Childers
Marvin Childers is President and Chief Lobbyist for The Poultry Federation and has served in this capacity since January 2007. In 2016 he was elected President of the State Poultry Executives Association after serving as the association’s Vice President in 2014 and 2015. Childers also served as an Arkansas State Representative from 2001 to 2006 and has practiced law with Friday, Eldredge & Clark since 2000. Prior to joining the Friday law firm, he developed a general practice in Blytheville, AR, where he was a partner with Burrow, Harlan and Childers.
Childers received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Marvin was raised on a family farm in Cooter, MO where his family grew over 2,000 acres of cotton, soybeans, wheat and milo.
Currently Marvin resides in Little Rock with his wife, Charisse.
Holly Duval
Holly Duval is the Director of Marketing & Business Development for The Poultry Federation. She has been with TPF since 2014. Duval leads TPF's business development efforts, marketing, communications and media relations for Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Dvuals’ background is in marketing, advertising, social media and sales administration.
Duval received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.
Holly resides in Russellville with her husband, Charlie, their French Bulldog Junebug, and two English Pointers Bella Baby and Dusty Rose.
Annie Hounsel
Annie Hounsel is the Business Operations Coordinator for TPF. Hounsel is a Texas native and has been in Arkansas for the past 6 years. Annie received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR. Hounsel has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Faulkner County for 3 years and served as the Community Impact Director for the United Way of Central Arkansas.
Annie resides in Conway with her black lab, Tusk.
Tyler Norvell
Tyler Norvell is The Poultry Federation’s lobbying representative in Oklahoma City, OK. Tyler has worked in the agricultural industry throughout his entire career and has detailed knowledge of the issues facing various aspects of agriculture in Oklahoma, as well as nationwide.
Tyler is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Youth Expo the, "World's Largest Junior Livestock Show," an event which draws participants from all of Oklahoma's 77 counties. Tyler is also the president of Norvell Consulting, LLC.
After receiving his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University in 2006, he began his lobbying career as a Legislative Liaison for Oklahoma Farm Bureau. He was promoted to Farm Bureau’s Vice-President of Public Policy where he managed the policy development and lobbying efforts for the state’s largest grassroots agricultural organization.
Tyler currently resides in Tuttle, OK with his wife, Beth, and their young daughter, where he is actively involved in his family’s farming operations.
John Bryan
John Bryan is director of the Missouri operations in Jefferson City, MO. Bryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He has been with The Poultry Federation since 1999 and serves as a member of the Water Quality Coordinating Council, Department of Natural Resource’s Odor Task Force, and the U.S. Egg and Poultry Association.
Prior to TPF, Bryan worked as the governmental affairs specialist with the Missouri Department of Transportation and as a legislative analyst with the Missouri Department of Revenue, Office of Legislation and Regulations.
Bryan is a volunteer at the University of Missouri's Children's Hospital. He has 2 children: Rachel and Grant.
