The Poultry Federation is pleased to announce the appointment of its new board members for the 2024-2025 term. Under the leadership of newly appointed Chairman Keith Smith, VP Sales at Keith Smith Company, the Federation is poised to advance its mission with a renewed focus on strategic initiatives and member engagement.
“It’s an honor to step into the role of Chairman, and I’m pleased to welcome the new board members to the Poultry Federation,” said Keith Smith. “The board is made up of a variety of diverse backgrounds, unique perspectives, and a depth of industry knowledge and leadership.”
The new board members bring a wealth of experience and expertise, reflecting the Federation’s commitment to diversity and innovation within the poultry industry. The board will focus on three core goals for the upcoming term:
1. Advance the Federation’s long-term Strategic Plan: Building on our existing strategies to ensure sustained growth and innovation.
2. Increase engagement and maximize the return on investment for our membership: Enhancing the value and benefits provided to our members through targeted initiatives and programs.
3. Build relationships with our members and state legislators: Strengthening our advocacy efforts to promote and protect the interests of the poultry industry.
