Simmons has opened a new Hiring Center in Siloam Springs to streamline services for job seekers and assist in expanding the company’s workforce.
Everything needed to begin a new career today will be available at the Simmons Hiring Center. Individuals can submit their application, receive assistance if needed, be interviewed, and undergo any necessary health screenings. This one-stop-shop will make it possible to be hired the same day and be on the way to earning that first paycheck.
The new centrally-located Hiring Center will offer hourly job seekers the convenience of one stop to apply for a position within any of Simmons 12 locations (including Decatur locations) saving the time and expense of traveling to multiple facilities. Individuals may apply for a variety of hourly positions at the same time.
The Center will have extended hours of operation, from 7am to 7pm., Monday through Friday, to make it easier for applicants to manage existing work or family schedules.
