Poultry Guard® recently hired Dr. Connie Mou as a Technical Services Manager.

Connie brings with her a background in poultry house management with focuses in areas such as litter management, ways to improve paw quality, house moisture control, evaluating poultry house environments, and using house data to assess bird performance/health/welfare. Her primary interest is working alongside poultry growers to figure out how science can help support them through their challenges by using sound scientific reasoning.
Connie received a B.S. in Animal/Dairy Science from Iowa State University, a M.S. in Poultry Nutrition from Virginia Tech under Mike Persia and a Ph.D. in Poultry Management under Mike Czarick and Brian Fairchild.
Poultry Guard, a division of C&S Chemicals, Inc., is a family-owned company based in Georgia that manufactures and distributes both acidified liquid and dry litter amendments which effectively lower litter pH and control ammonia in commercial poultry houses.
