Charles W. Delap Joins Church & Dwight Monogastric Team as Poultry Account Manager

I am pleased to announce that Charles (Charlie) W. Delap has joined the Church & Dwight Monogastric team as Poultry Account manager

on December 27, 2021, responsible for poultry accounts in the US and will report directly to Shannon Burasco, Sr. Manager, Monogastric Sales. Charlie will focus on layer accounts and a few turkey accounts.

Charlie brings to us 35 years of experience in a combination of live operational management, poultry sales, and budiness development. He comes to us from Alton Technology International where he served as US/Canadian Sales manager. Charlie was responsible for poultry sales, development of sales plans, and strategies. His broad knowledge of the poultry industry, customer relationships, and past leadership roles will provide our team with a true asset to move our layer/turkey business in the US fowrad for the future.

Charlie received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University.
