C&S Chemicals is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Solomon to the Poultry Guard Sales team. Solomon brings extensive, hands-on experience across the poultry industry, having worked directly with hatcheries, growers, production facilities, and in-field support operations.
Before transitioning into this sales role, Solomon served as Operations Manager at C&S Chemicals, where he played a key role in launching new products, supporting integrators with field challenges, and overseeing Poultry Guard applications at multiple sites. His leadership helped strengthen product performance, operational consistency, and customer support across the poultry segment.
Prior to his tenure at C&S, Solomon spent several years with Tyson Foods, holding roles including Hatchery Manager, Breeder Tech Advisor, and Production Supervisor. These positions provided him with a strong blend of operational insight and customer-facing experience, along with a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of growers and integrators.
Solomon’s background in training teams, supporting growers, optimizing production processes, and resolving field issues makes him a valuable addition to the Poultry Guard Sales organization. His practical expertise and customer-first approach will further enhance C&S’s ability to deliver proven, real-world litter amendment solutions to poultry operations nationwide.
