ROGERS, Arkansas (June 16, 2017) – Phil Reese of Merial Select, Inc. was presented with the 2017 Salesmen of the Year (Live Side) Award by The Poultry Federation (TPF) the 58th Annual Poultry Festival held June 16-17 in Rogers, AR.
“I cannot think of anyone more dedicated to making sure growers and companies succeed against emerging problems.”
Phil Reese has worked for Merial Select, Inc. for thirty-four years and has been an active Allied Member of TPF for a number of years. Reese is always willing to help poultry companies but never misses an opportunity to help TPF.
“He is always eager to take on any task whether it is sanitation at a hatchery or helping a pullet crew work more efficiently.”
Reese and Merial have been staunch supporters of every TPF function and have been integral in bringing other companies to join TPF. Reese has given generously of his talents to the Allied Industries Scholarship Auction and there is simply no way to replace him. We let him retire one year and then worked everyone in the industry to get him back.
The Sales Representative of the Year Award is presented annually by TPF beginning in 1970 to recognize the contributions of the association’s allied members to the poultry and egg industry. Allied industries are companies that provide products and services to the industry.
