The annual Arkansas Nutrition Conference is scheduled to take place on August 31 - September 2, 2021 at the Embassy Suites of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, Arkansas. 

The Arkansas Nutrition Conference is an annual educational event and is coordinated by the Feed Manufacturers Committee of The Poultry Federation. 

The conference committee is focused on bringing in technical experts nationally and internationally to address current topics and concerns in poultry nutrition. The conference goal is to help advance poultry production by providing a forum to share new concepts and ideas in poultry nutrition.

Proceeds from this conference are designated to provide scholarship support to graduate students pursuing a career in nutrition. Through the support of sponsorships and registration fees we were able to award 10 graduate students a total of $80,500 for the 2020-2021 academic year.

This conference qualifies for up to 12 CEUs for members of American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS). At the conclusion of the conference you can report your CEU's at ARPAS.

Registration

  • Member: $150 per person
  • Non Member: $175 per person
  • Student/University Faculty & Staff: 75* If you are a student member of The Poultry Federation your registration fee will be waived.

Online registration is closed. You may register for the ANC on-site on Tuesday, August 31 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Registration will be located in the main entrance of the Rogers Convention Center of the Embassy Suites.

Golf Tournament

The annual Arkansas Nutrition Conference golf tournament will be held at the Bella Vista Country Club on Thursday, September 2. Teams will enjoy a lunch prior to the shutgun start that is set for 1:00 p.m.

Registration Fees: $125 per person 

Registration is closed for the annual tournament.

Proceeds from the golf tournament will go to support The Poultry Federation Scholarship & Education fund. The Poultry Federation Scholarship & Education fund provides scholarships to students pursuing a degree in the poultry & egg industry. The Federation's Scholarship & Education fund also provides support to FFA and 4-H programs in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Preconference, Conference & Tickets

Registration cancellations and/or requests for a refund must be received 30 days prior to the start of the conference and must be sent to the attention of This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All such requests will be entitled to a refund of the total conference fees paid less a $75 administrative charge. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment. If the registration was paid by check, The Poultry Federation will use a refund check.

The cancellation and/or refund request must be made by the attendee and include the following information: attendee, form of payment, invoice/transaction ID, email address of attendee and reason for cancellation and/or refund request.

Cancellations and/or requests for refunds received less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the conference shall not be granted and the full conference fees and/or ticket fees shall apply.

Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Sponsorships

All sponsorships for conferences and events hosted by The Poultry Federation (TPF) are non-refundable. In the event that the conference and/or event is cancelled, the sponsorship and any associated registrations will carry over to the next scheduled conference and/or event.
