The Poultry Federation, along with the National Chicken Council and National Turkey Federation, is committed to ensuring the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) is eliminated or significantly reduced.
EPA has opened a comment period at the request of the eight Governors: Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Maryland, Delaware, New Mexico and Virginia.
This comment period is a move in the right direction, but a waiver is far from certain. We strongly urge all TPF members to take the time to submit comments.
This is a prime time for grassroots advocacy and OUR industry needs YOUR help!
