This is an annual conference and tradeshow for Poultry Processors, HACCP, QA, and Environmental personnel.
Vendors in these areas are welcome to exhibit their products and services during the conference at ourSupplier Showcase.
Day 1 of the conference will be held at Springdale Holiday Inn. Day 2 will be held at the University of Arkansas, Center of Excellence for Poultry Science, Fayetteville. In addition to the conferences and tradeshow, an omelet breakfast, a golf tournament and a casino night are planned.
