Provisur Technologies acquires TS Techniek, a technology-driven, food processing equipment manufacturer based in Pijnacker, Netherlands.

CHICAGO, Illinois – Provisur Technologies, Inc. ("Provisur") acquired TS Techniek B.V. ("TST"), a technology-driven, food processing equipment manufacturer based in Pijnacker, Netherlands.  

This is the second European acquisition for Provisur this year, extending their global manufacturing capabilities.

TST designs and manufactures battering, breading, frying, cooking and freezing equipment, and complements Provisur's existing preparation and forming market products. With the addition of TST, Provisur now has the ability to offer food processors a fully integrated system for their meat and poultry lines.

According to Provisur CEO, Mel Cohen, "TST is a perfect fit in every way for Provisur, allowing us to provide a complete offering for further processed poultry lines. With Provisur's global resources, food processors can be confident that TST will have product and technical support everywhere in the world."
