Foods, Inc’s commitment to sustainability, the packaging for TenderBird’s Fully Cooked line has been optimized to reduce waste, and the packaging material is being manufactured and printed at a LEED certified factory powered by 100% wind-generated electrical energy. By optimizing the package sizes, O.K. Foods, Inc. will save an estimated 1 ton of plastic film each year, which corresponds to more than 16 barrels of oil and more than 2.3 tons of CO2 avoided annually.
