Dr. S.F. (Sarge) Bilgili of Auburn University is the guest speaker for The Poultry Federation’s Poultry Improvement Committee meeting, scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2010 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at The Poultry Federation Office in Little Rock.  Dr. Bilgili’s topic will be Salmonella and he will address new government involvement as well as various interventions in live production and plant. 

Regular business of the Poultry Improvement Committee will also be conducted at the January meeting.  Lunch will be served after the meeting.  Several door prizes will be given to poultry/egg company representatives and one person  will receive a “mystery grand door prize” but you must to be present to win.  Speaker, lunch, and door prizes for this meeting are sponsored by Keith Childress, CEVA/Biomune.
