Ken Primm Named President of O.K. Foods, Inc.

FORT SMITH, AR:  O.K. Industries, Inc. is proud to announce that Ken Primm has been named President of O.K. Foods, Inc.  Ken has been acting as the interim President of O.K. Foods, Inc. since February, 2009.  On December 11, 2009 Ken was officially nominated to this position by Randy Goins, CEO and Vice Chairman of O.K. Industries, Inc. and elected by the Board of Directors.   Marv Schilling, the former President of O.K. Foods, Inc., retired in November and was instrumental in facilitating a seamless transition of leadership.

Ken has been with the company for over 20 years, and since 2000 has served as President of O.K. Farms, Inc.  Among other leadership positions, Ken serves on the Board of Directors at O.K. Industries, Inc., is Chairman of the Arkansas Poultry Improvement Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors at Southern Hens.  Ken formerly served as Chairman of the Board for the Arkansas , Missouri , and Oklahoma Poultry Federation.

Ken is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University and has been married to his wife Lisa for the past 28 years.  Ken and Lisa have two daughters and reside in Greenwood , Arkansas .

The entire O.K. family would like to congratulate Ken on his new position.
