The Poultry Improvement Committee will meet on Thursday, August 23, 2012 beginning 10:00 a.m. Lunch to follow.
Guest speaker for the meeting will be Gerardo Ramirez with the Food & Drug Administration in Washington, D.C., who will address the FDA's SE Egg Rule.
Location of meeting is the University of Arkansas Extension office located at 2301 S. University in Little Rock, classrooms 1 & 2.
