The 16th Annual Poultry Festival Barbecue Contest & Fair is open to Poultry Companies and Allied Members of The Poultry Federation. Click here to download Team Entry Form. Note to teams: This year our Festival has a "western" theme and you're invited to incorporate this into your booth!
Chief cooks for the teams are asked to attend one of two meetings scheduled to review the contest rules and guidelines. The meetings will be held at two different locations: TPF office in Little Rock on Tuesday, May 4 at 10:30 a.m. or in Rogers at the JQH Convention Center (Hammons Board Room) on Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 p.m. Click here to download Barbecue Contest Rules.

The heat was on and so was the competition at the annual Barbecue Contest held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the John Q Hammons Convention Center during The Poultry Federation’s 51st Annual Poultry Festival. A total of 19 teams entered the Poultry Division of the contest and 7 teams entered the Allied Vendor Division. Each team did an excellent job of representing their companies and providing Festival attendees an opportunity to sample the best barbecue chicken and turkey in the area. It was evident that each team placed a lot of effort and craftsmanship on their booth construction, including décor and costumes; and each team is to be praised and applauded on their work. It was fun to see how each team incorporated the Festival’s western theme into their booth and skit. Thank you to all our teams for making this another outstanding barbecue contest and fair for our industry! Every team deserves an award for their work!
