4-H State Barbecue Contest
When: Saturday, June 18 at 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Where: JQH Convention Center Parking Lot North
Once again, The Poultry Federation is proud to present 16 youth contestants in the finals of the Arkansas 4-H State Barbecue Contest. These final contestants won their district levels and have qualified for the state cook-off.
We encourage the Festival attendees to come out and support these enthusastic and energetic youth as they show their culinary skills.
The winner moves forward to compete in the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Competition in Louisville, KY, in November.
