Once again, The Poultry Federation is proud to present 12 youth contestants in the finals of the Arkansas 4-H State Barbecue Contest.  These 12 contestants won their district levels and have qualified for the state cook-off.  There are eight high school seniors and four juniors competing. We encourage the Festival attendees to come out and support these enthusastic and energetic youth as they show their culinary skills by grilling 2 chicken halves.  The winner moves forward to compete in the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Competition in Louisville, KY, in November.
