What is the Annual Poultry Festival?
The Poultry Federation hosts an annual festival for the poultry and egg industry members and friends. It's a celebration of the poultry and egg industry and 2013 year marks our 54th year of celebrating!
The poultry and egg industry has a huge impact on the state, its economy and employment. Members and industry friends from all over the United States come in for this weekend event.
In addition to a music concert, always featuring a popular national act, the weekend events includes: a golf tournament, fishing tournament, skeet shoot, horseshoe tournament, ladies luncheon, motorcycle rally, kids’ activities, ice cream socials, a barbecue cooking contest, a barbecue fair where delicious food can be sampled, the state 4-H barbecue cooking contest, and a scholarship auction. One hundred percent of the monies raised at the scholarship auction go towards college scholarships, including scholarships for graduate students.
Tickets for the weekend event range from $150-$200 per person, which provides access to all activities, including the concert, as well as all associated food and drinks. Some activities have a separate registration fee. Tickets are not sold separately for the concert. Festival sponsorships and advertising opportunities are also available.
Come join us for the next Annual Poultry Festival, June 14-15, 2013 in Rogers, AR!
