Pre-register now for The Poultry Federation’s 2011 Processors Workshop and Supplier Showcase scheduled for October 5-6 in Northwest Arkansas. This is an annual conference and tradeshow for Poultry Processors, HACCP, QA, and Environmental personnel.
Vendors in these areas are welcome to exhibit their products and services during the conference at ourSupplier Showcase.
Day 1 of the conference will be held at Springdale Holiday Inn. Day 2 will be held at the University of Arkansas, Center of Excellence for Poultry Science, Fayetteville. In addition to the conferences and tradeshow, an omelet breakfast, a golf tournament and a casino night are planned.

Golf Registration Fees
$100 per person - includes golf cart, sleeve of golf balls, and lunch.

Hotel Registration is available by calling Holiday Inn in Springdale: 479-751-8300. For group rate of $94 per night, mention "Processors Workshop." Deadline for group rate is 09/20/11. Group rate will be honored 2 days before conference and 2 days after.
