This annual workshop is scheduled for October 7-8, 2015 in Northwest Arkansas. Day 1 will be held at the Springdale Holiday Inn and day 2 will be held at U of A Center of Excellence for Poultry Science in Fayetteville.
The Poultry Processors Workshop is an annual tradeshow and conference aimed at bringing together Human Resources, HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points), QA (Quality Assurance), environmental personnel, and vendors to discuss current issues and new advancements in their respective fields.
Vendors are encouraged to reserve their booths early for the tradeshow.
