The Poultry Processors Workshop is an annual tradeshow and conference scheduled for October 7-8, 2015 in Northwest Arkansas. The purpose of the conference is to bring together Human Resources, HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points), QA (Quality Assurance), environmental personnel, and vendors to discuss current issues and new advancements in their respective fields.
