This year we have another expert lineup of industry speakers and topics; such as Scott Eilert, Technical Services Director of Cargill Value Added Meats and Dr. Tom Elam of FarmEcon. We expect an excellent turnout from our poultry company members and we hope you’re making plans to attend.

This is an annual conference and tradeshow for Poultry Processors, HACCP, QA, and Environmental personnel.
Vendors in these areas are welcome to exhibit their products and services during the conference at ourSupplier Showcase.
Day 1 of the conference will be held at Springdale Holiday Inn. Day 2 will be held at the University of Arkansas, Center of Excellence for Poultry Science, Fayetteville. In addition to the conferences and tradeshow, an omelet breakfast, a golf tournament and a casino night are planned.
